Acne breakouts and overall oily skin are also issues that some people have struggled with all their lives.

If you have severe acne scarring, this may be the perfect start to rejuvenating your skin, softening the scars, and prepping the skin for further procedures. Sometimes going straight to the more advanced procedures doesn’t always work, and in some cases can make certain conditions worse. For example, melasma is a hormonal pigmentation also known as the “pregnancy mask,” and can be made worse by lasers; therefore, a topical skin care product is necessary to help lighten pigmentation and rejuvenate skin texture.   

There are four fundamental components in our line of products: hydroquinone, retin-a, benzoyl peroxide, and glycolic acid. Our individual approach to application includes a combination of these components along with creams, cleansers, toners, sunscreen, and astringents to create a comprehensive skin care line. The protocol consists of an aggressive routine including five steps in the morning and 4 steps in the evening. For optimal results, patients should not use any other products.

So, what do these components do? These acids and complexes are all proven, tried and true, to help to lighten and bleach pigment that shouldn’t be on the skin. They help dry out acne, soothe skin, and prevent breakouts in addition to help balancing the skin’s ph levels. They also go to work regenerating collagen, stimulating, and turning over new skin. Not only do they work to rejuvenate the skin, they work to fight against the issues causing these skin problems.

We like to consider this line of skin care a medical grade procedure in the form of creams, instead of a quick procedure. The results therefore take longer to fully show, but they are dramatic and show success for approximately 99% of patients! Who is the 1%, you may ask?
